OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Campus Principal for our Redwood Falls Campus!
Overview:
Willingness to carry out business administration skills such as updating grades, attendance and tracking of Professional Development for staff members. Possess a strong ability to multi task and a clear understanding of Best Practices for Self-Directed Learning (SDL). Advanced project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional Learning Community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred. Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries.
Responsibilities:
Student Performance
· Set and enforce standards for student achievement that are in line with the goals of OneSchool
· Education Ensure academic programs meets or exceeds yearly student outcome goals as defined by OneSchool
Organizational Leadership
· Develop organizational goals and objectives consistent with the vision, mission and ethos of OneSchool
· Lead teachers and other Campus Staff in developing a healthy school culture aligned with the vision, mission and ethos of the school
· Create a culture of excellence, teamwork and collaboration amongst the staff, teachers, students and families
· Oversee all programs, services, and activities to ensure that program objectives are met
· Manage student enrollment process to ensure that the school achieves its targeted projections
· Ensure an orderly learning environment
· Ensure appropriate standards of student behavior, performance, and attendance
· Ensure that all disciplinary issues are addressed fairly and immediately
Instructional Leadership
· Manage, evaluate and develop a team of teachers
· Work with teachers to constantly assess and improve student achievement results
· Implement data-driven instructional practices and lead discussions about student performance
· Work with teachers to improve their teaching practice through coaching, professional development, modeling and collaborative planning
· Ensure learning environment and classroom instruction maximizes student learning
· Monitor progress of all students
Community Relations
· Serve as liaison between teachers, parents, and the community
· Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in all elements of this position, while serving as a contributing member of OneSchool and Community and a dedicated role model for other employees
